The Situation
Cedar Rapids State Bank (CRSB) was chartered in the state of Nebraska in 1936. It has maintained its world headquarters in Cedar Rapids, NE ever since. CRSP has served its communities as a financial institution providing deposit and loan services and supporting its communities through customer service and economic development. As the bank continues to grow, it decided to seek outside HR consulting to audit its current practices.
The Solution
After providing a detailed audit and looking through all of their records and practices, the most pressing issue was around basic employee forms. I provided them with a detailed report on how to make corrections, and they were able to complete them in-house, eliminating the risk for future issues.
